We offer shipping to the United States and Canada, including free shipping on orders over $150. Local shoppers can request in-store pickup for online orders.
Returns
Returns accepted with prior factory approval only. NO returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Returns will be credited for pottery only, not freight.
Damaged Products
If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials and email us or call us at 1-540-297-7524. We will send out an immediate replacement to you.
Out of Stock
We usually ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock, we will email you with the estimated date it will be ready to ship.

Clays and Glazes
All of our clays and glazes are custom formulas and mixed on-site using raw materials from North American ceramic suppliers. Everything is non-toxic and safe for daily use.

For over 45 years, we’ve crafted our ceramics with natural clays, paints, and glazes developed and made in house and free from added lead and cadmium. Every piece is made to meet California Prop 65 standards, and we go the extra mile with testing so you can use our pottery with complete peace of mind.
